We are a book loving people. Ellie has a LOT of books and we read thm all the time. Ellie likes to comment on some of the pages and point out important details of the story. She also likes to look at books while we are driving. She'll turn the pages and quietly examine the pictures for quite a while. I hadn't heard her put the two together until this morning. We were driving to her school and she was looking at "Pajama Time," which is a favorite around our house. From the back seat, I heard "Moose brush teeth" and "Elephant brush teeth." This pretty accurately describes the action on one of the pages. It was a pretty special moment in a dad's life.

And then Ellie picked her nose.
