We started off last weekend at the Ethnic Enrichment Festival, an annual local festival that we love to go to. It is actually the biggest festival of its kind in the US. At least 50 food booths from different countries, and 3 days of performances including Scottish Highland Games. I like going 2 days because I get to try more food. Ellie had her first empanada. Okay, a tiny shred of chicken from an empanada. But I think she liked it.
