Ellie got a new toy on Sunday. It's very exciting. Funky farm animals go around in circles to the sound of classical music--just like the farm on which I grew up.
Today was Ellie's first very short day at school. I'm glad she seems to have adjusted quite easily, but I also like to think that no one can take the place of Mom and Dad. I'm a little bit torn.
